In particular, the interaction between stress, athletic success, and psychological well-being has become a significant area of inquiry for both practitioners and scholars. Athletes’ coping skills, levels of mindfulness, and overall psychological well-being may directly influence performance outcomes, as stress and mental processes constitute integral components of athletic performance (e.g., problem solving, concentration, anxiety regulation).
