The family constitutes the first and most fundamental context of an individual's socialization process and plays a critical role in the transmission of cultural values, the provision of emotional support, the development of social belonging, and the shaping of life satisfaction (Çiçek, 2024; Olson & Gorall, 2006). In modern societies, dynamics such as the acceleration of working life, the transformation of daily practices through digitalization, and the evolving nature of parenting roles have led to a redefinition of intra-family interaction patterns. This transformation directly reflects how family members utilize their leisure time, their modes of participation in recreational activities, and their awareness regarding the strengthening of family bonds (Hodge et al., 2018).
