The concept of leadership is as old as human history. We can see the concept of leadership wherever there are people in every part of life where the phenomenon of society and organization is formed. Due to the fact that human beings are social beings, they need leaders who can form groups, manage these groups, and lead the groups to their goals. Leaders who can direct the group of people with certain goals and objectives to the right goals should have the ability to persuade and have some skills. We can say that leadership is the combination of skills and abilities to gather a group of people within the framework of certain goals and to mobilize them to achieve these goals. In the literature, there are different studies on the concept of leadership and the phenomenon of leadership (Çelik, 1999; Alireisoğlu, 2010; ġiĢman, 2011).
